Natural Hair Course

NYC inc. is licensed by the New York State Education Department Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS)

Being licensed by the NYS education department means Natural Hair Course NYC inc. is authorized to provide a natural hair course program. When completed, enrollees are able to apply for a New York State license to become a natural hair care professional. In order to operate on natural hair in a salon, stylists are required by law to have a Natural Hair Styling License.

In absence of this license, stylists and salons may be subject to penalties and fines. A Natural Hair Styling License also fulfills the state requirements needed to become a professional stylist and work in any salon.
